Move. Nourish. Create. Connect.
A weekend at the ranch designed to help you step out of your usual routine and into the healthy, balanced lifestyle you’ve been meaning to create.
October 9 – 11, 2026
Blue Ridge, Texas
Hosted by Nicole Lyon (RDN, CYT-200, Reiki II) & Brenda Lyon (NASM-Certified Personal Trainer)
What if you could live your ideal wellness routine for an entire weekend?
You know the things you want to make more time for:

Moving your body regularly.
Eating balanced, nourishing meals.
Stretching.
Spending less time on your phone.
Being creative.
Getting outside.
Connecting with other women.
Actually making time to slow down.
But somehow, everyday life gets in the way.
So we’re creating a weekend where all of those things are built into your day for you.
Join mother-daughter duo Nicole and Brenda for a Women’s Wellness Weekend at a beautiful ranch in Blue Ridge, Texas.
For one weekend, you don’t have to plan the workout, grocery shop, figure out what to eat, or decide what you’re going to do with your free time.
Just show up.
We’ll take care of the rest.
You’ll move your body, learn about strength and mobility, enjoy nourishing meals, make something beautiful, spend time connecting with other women, and have plenty of space to rest and recharge.
Then you’ll head home with new ideas, practical tools, and hopefully a little more clarity about what wellness can look like in your real life.
Don’t just take our word for it.
Earlier this year, Nicole hosted her first Renewtrition retreat, Rest & Reset, in the Washington mountains. Here’s what guests had to say about their experience:
“The way the retreat was set up was so welcoming, warm, and thoughtful. We ate such good and satisfying food, and we had so many beautiful yoga and meditation sessions. It was truly an experience that I highly recommend, and a guide and practice I would absolutely return to.” — Denise, Rest & Reset Retreat
“I experienced a sense of inner peace and left committed to continuing my journaling practice.” — Stephen, Rest & Reset Retreat
Now we’re bringing that same intentional retreat experience to Texas with more movement, creativity, nutrition education, and fun.
This weekend is for you if…
- You want to prioritize your health but struggle to make time for it in everyday life.
- You know you feel better when you move your body, but you want guidance and accountability.
- You want to learn more about strength, mobility, nutrition, and balanced eating.
- You crave a weekend away from your normal responsibilities and routines.
- You want to spend time with other women in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
- You enjoy trying new things and getting creative.
- You want wellness to feel enjoyable—not like another item on your to-do list.
- You’ve been saying “I really need a weekend away” for approximately six months.
- You want to return home feeling energized, nourished, inspired, and ready to take better care of yourself.
You don’t need to be “good at wellness” to come.
You don’t need to be super fit.
You don’t need to know how to do yoga.
You don’t need to have a perfect diet.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be crafty.
You just need to come as you are.
Your weekend of wellness
This isn’t a retreat where you spend three days sitting quietly and meditating.
And it’s not a fitness boot camp either.
It’s somewhere in between.
We’ve designed the weekend to nourish your whole self—with movement, education, creativity, connection, delicious food, and plenty of downtime.
MOVE
Get your body moving with guided workouts, mobility sessions, and accessible movement practices led by a NASM-certified personal trainer and yoga teacher.
You’ll learn ways to build strength, improve mobility, and move your body with more confidence.
NOURISH
Enjoy balanced meals throughout the weekend while learning practical nutrition principles you can actually use at home.
We’ll talk about what makes a meal balanced, how to build one without overcomplicating it, and how to make nourishing food fit into a busy life.
CREATE
Wellness isn’t only about what you eat or how you move.
You’ll have opportunities to slow down and make something with your hands—from building your own bouquet to a creative crafting experience.
Because sometimes your brain needs something completely different to do.
“There was much creative time to express my new craft and skill through the weekend. My favorite spot for this expression was sketching while standing IN the Skykomish river…”
— Denise, Rest & Reset Retreat
CONNECT
There will be plenty of built-in time to eat together, talk, laugh, reflect, and simply be around other women.
No networking.
No pressure to perform.
No need to be “on.”
Just community.
“The most meaningful part of the retreat was the connection—the ease of being around open-minded people who wanted to discuss, share and sit in various moments.”
— Denise, Rest & Reset Retreat
REST
You’ll have intentional downtime throughout the weekend to nap, read, relax, explore the property, journal, or do absolutely nothing.
Because a wellness weekend should still leave room to breathe.

Our goal is for you to leave with practical ideas you can actually use.
You’ll learn:
- How to build a balanced meal
- Practical nutrition strategies for everyday life
- Strength and movement principles
- Mobility exercises you can practice at home
- Ways to incorporate more intentional movement into your routine
- Ideas for making wellness feel more enjoyable and sustainable
- New creative outlets
- New connections with other women
And, hopefully:
A reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated.

$150 to reserve your spot + $627 due October 1, 2026. For further payment plan options, please email Nicole@renewtritiononline.com.
What if the retreat sells out?
Once all available spaces are reserved, registration will close.
Because this is intentionally a small-group experience, we won’t continue adding guests indefinitely.
You don’t need another wellness routine to add to your to-do list.
You probably already know what you’re supposed to do.
Move more.
Eat well.
Stretch.
Rest.
Spend time with people.
Do something creative.
Get outside.
Take care of yourself.
The hard part is actually making space for all of it.
That’s what this weekend is for.
Come spend a few days where wellness isn’t something you have to squeeze into your schedule.
It’s the schedule.
Move your body. Nourish yourself. Make something beautiful. Connect with other women. Rest.
Then go home with a little more energy, a little more knowledge, and a few more tools for making your own wellness routine actually happen.
We’d love to have you join us.
