Meet Your Host

Nicole Lyon has worked in the wellness space since 2013, beginning in nutrition & dietetics before expanding into holistic wellness practices that support the mind and body as a whole.
A dedicated yoga practitioner since 2010 and teacher since 2018, Nicole has spent years studying movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help people cultivate greater calm, balance, and connection in their daily lives. In 2025, she expanded her practice to include reiki energy healing, deepening her passion for helping others find rest, healing, and restoration in a fast-paced world.
Through her background in nutrition, yoga, and holistic wellness, Nicole creates experiences that encourage people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build nourishing routines that support long-term well-being.
Inspired by the transformative retreats she has attended herself in Costa Rica, Colorado, and Whidbey Island, she believes deeply in the power of intentional community, nature, and shared experiences to create meaningful change.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Each guest will have their own bed in a shared retreat cabin. Other shared common spaces include the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor seating.



Is the retreat co-ed?
Yes, anyone can register.
Will there be cell service/Wi-Fi?
Limited Wi-Fi is available, though guests are encouraged to unplug and disconnect from technology as much as feels supportive during the weekend.
Do I need yoga or meditation experience?
Not at all. This retreat is designed for all experience levels, including beginners.
How physically intensive is the retreat?
Activities are designed to be gentle, restorative, and accessible for all guests.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes. Please share any dietary needs after registration and we will accommodate accordingly.
What should I bring?
A suggested packing list and retreat details will be sent prior to the retreat. Most supplies, such as for yoga and the ceremonies will be provided.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations made before June 30, 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made on or after July 1, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund.
