What ingredients are in the recipes?
The recipes feature seasonal foods of citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes), pomegranate seeds, brussels sprouts, kale, beets, carrots, sweet potatoes, and acorn squash.

But I’ve never eaten some of those things before.

This is more like “no heat” cooking beyond the toaster or microwave. Recipes to require preparation like chopping, peeling, slicing, soaking, stirring, mixing, and blending. For hot recipes, they utilize microwave heating or simple toasting. Many recipes are cold. All are delicious.

What does “low-cook” mean?
Low-cook meals use minimal heat or effort. Think one pot on the stove or one pan in the over. Prepare ingredients, heat for while, eat!

What if I have specific dietary needs or allergies?
