Do I need to be good at cooking to use this collection?
Nope! These recipes are designed for beginners and non-cooks. If you can use a can opener, knife and a cutting board, you’re good to go.

What do you mean by “no-cook”?
You won’t have to use any heat to make these meals. No pots or pans, oven or stove. Think chopping, mixing, and stirring instead. Necessary tools include a sharp knife, cutting board, can opener, and blender. You can always heat things in the microwave if you want something warmed, and some recipes do have the option to use a toaster.

But how will I get enough protein?
These easy recipes keep things simple using proteins you can purchase cooked (rotisserie chicken, boiled eggs) or canned (tuna, salmon, lentils, beans). Some recipes are as high as 29 grams per serving! On average they provide 15 grams protein.

Are the recipes plant-based?
Many are vegetarian or plant-forward, but not strictly vegan. Some include dairy, eggs, or optional proteins—always with flexible swaps noted so you can make it more carnivorous or vegan as you prefer. All recipes include at least one fruit or vegetable. Many also include his fiber foods like seeds, nuts, grains, and legumes.

I have dietary restrictions – can I still use these recipes?
Most recipes include options for common dietary needs, and you’ll find notes on swaps for gluten-free, dairy-free, or plant-based versions.
