Online Nutrition Counseling

Let’s work together to create a health plan for your unique body! What can you expect from our time together? Education about nutrition and lifestyle factors that are impacting your health, strategies for meal planning, and actionable steps to help you implement the changes we discuss.

I provide completely online nutrition counseling. This means we meet via video chat, phone call, or chats through your online Healthie patient portal. Your patient portal will also help you track food and goals!

Monthly Rate
Includes two 60-minute virtual sessions every month with weekly check ins via phone or email in between, food journal reviews, and one 7-day meal plan per month.


3 Month Package (BEST VALUE!)

Everything in the monthly rate is included in this package, but save $50 with this one time payment. Recommended for those interested in an elimination diet for gut health, or for a significant lifestyle change with pre-diabetes or diabetes.

One time payment of $699

A La Carte Appointments

All sessions are 60 minutes. Visits must be scheduled within 1 month (31 days) to avoid being discharged from treatment. Meal planning not included.

Initial Visit: $145
Follow Up Visit: $125

A La Carte Meal Planning
Receive a 7-day personalized meal plan, compete with grocery list and recipes. Includes one 30-minute follow up phone call.
