What Can You Expect?

I work collaboratively with my clients to build plans and strategies that are ideal for their unique and individual lifestyle. You will be asked to track what you eat and drink (and symptoms, if necessary), using written logs or apps. During our appointments, we discuss successes, struggles, and goal setting. If you can commit the time and effort to following the goals and strategies between our sessions, you can expect to feel better and see the results you want!

Renewtrition accepts Premera Blue Cross insurance, but no other plans at this time.
Acceptable payments include debit or credit cards, Flexible Savings Accounts*, or Health Savings Accounts*.

*FSA and HSA accounts may require additional documentation, such as Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician. Check with your benefits administrator to see if there is an official form to fill out for the expense to be approved.
