Use yoga postures (asanas) and stretches with the breath to develop flexibility & relaxation. Hatha Yoga has many styles. Some use a specific series of postures, others offer a varied flow of movements, and some may use props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture or maximize a stretch. All styles of Hatha Yoga encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.
Nicole is passionate about meeting students where they are and helping them honor the needs of their mind & body. Her teaching style aims to bring curiosity, balance, and build strength both mentally and physically.

Nicole is one of my favorite yoga teachers of all time! By the end of each practice, my body feels absolutely amazing: open, nourished, detoxified. I always have absolute confidence and trust that whatever asana Nicole takes me through, it will be exactly what my body needs in that momentHadlee G
