Full of healthy fats and fiber, nuts and seeds can be a delightfully crunchy way to improve your heart health and digestion. Learn about the variety of nuts and seeds available as well as methods for adding these to meals you might already be eating! Join Nicole as she shares delightful recipes using nuts and seeds!

Hatha Yoga Classes

Use yoga postures (asanas) and stretches with the breath to develop flexibility & relaxation. Hatha Yoga has many styles. Some use a specific series of postures, others offer a varied flow of movements, and some may use props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture or maximize a stretch. All styles of Hatha Yoga encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. 

Nicole is passionate about meeting students where they are and helping them honor the needs of their mind & body. Her teaching style aims to bring curiosity, balance, and build strength both mentally and physically.

Pre-registration is required & spots are limited.

Nicole’s yoga classes are always engaging and restorative. She strikes a perfect balance between helpful and supportive in her teaching, and tailors her classes seamlessly to the interests and abilities of the participants. I always love taking classes with her!
